Fireworks ball – the most beautiful and most difficult fireworks

We all love it when the holidays turn out to be unforgettable. And nothing decorates a holiday like fireworks. The fireworks ball is one of the most impressive spectacles. It is so beautiful that it is worth understanding its complex design and learning how to handle it correctly.

Components
This type of fireworks has several main parts:

lifting charge – attached to the lower part of the structure and pushes the contents out of the launch tube;
explosive charge – detonates fireworks at the right moment, when raised to a certain height;
durable container (casing), which contains the contents of the projectile;
a retarder that ignites an explosive charge;
effects-stars that delight us with their beauty at the moment of explosion.
What is the highlight?
When firing, the fireworks ball creates beautiful multi-level pictures at an altitude of 30 to 500 meters. All this looks very spectacular and fascinating. And for lovers of high-altitude fireworks, there are large fireworks balls. They are also called lustkyugels, which means “funny balls” in German. They are sold in the form of balls or cylinders and are considered the most colorful and powerful.

Types and features of fireworks
Fireworks balls come in different sizes or, as they say, calibers. And the larger the size of such a pyrotechnic device, the greater the height it shoots out its contents, and the larger and more colorful are the pictures obtained during the explosion.

And on the free sale are fireworks-balls, the size of which does not exceed 5 cm. The set includes the ball itself, as well as a mortar for launching. The cases of such devices are paper, cardboard or plastic, and they always have increased strength.

Safety engineering
To avoid unpleasant incidents during the fireworks, precautions must be followed strictly:

spectators who are going to enjoy the spectacle must leave the danger zone;
if the fireworks are massive, the danger zone is limited by wire or tapes;
the one who charges the ball must do it with outstretched arms, without bringing his face closer to the charged mortar;
before reloading the mortar, you need to thoroughly clean out the remaining particles of the charge that has already fired from it;
The ball should be lowered into the mortar with care, making sure that the ignition cord remains outside.
if there is no wick in the device, or if its length is less than 1 cm, it is better not to start the ball at all. The fact is that if the time while the wick is burning is too short, the expelling charge may be triggered faster than necessary;
it happens that after setting fire, the fuse goes out, or the expelling charge does not work at all. In such cases, you should stay away from the mortar for at least 10 minutes, and then you can discharge it with outstretched arms. It is strictly forbidden to bring the barrel to your face and even more so to look into it.
