The NCFS strongly encourages consumers to report the use or sale of illegal explosives to the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Please include your contact information (phone number, e-mail), along with the specifics of where, how, and when you saw illegal explosives being used or sold. 

You may also fax this Tipster Form to the Office of Compliance and Field Operations at 262-650-1217. We encourage you to look over the Tipster Form to see the type of information that the CPSC wants to find out about the use or sale of illegal explosives in your area.
